The room at Domaine De Soignolles was perfect for me as a business traveller. It had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the private bathroom with a shower was convenient.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the double room. But hey, it's just my personal preference.

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy ambiance, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like me. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the garden, taking in the beautiful views and enjoying a peaceful afternoon. The children working there were always friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed.
It would have been even better if there were handrails along the paths and stairs, providing extra support and safety for senior guests.

The rooms at Domaine De Soignolles were absolutely cozy and comfortable. I loved having a private bathroom with a refreshing shower and a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The soundproofing and air conditioning in the twin/double room made my stay even more enjoyable. As a solo traveler, it was a perfect retreat for me.
Personally, I found the rainfall showerhead in the bathrooms a bit too intense for my liking. But hey, some people might actually enjoy it, so it's just my subjective opinion.

We stayed at Domaine De for 2 nights as a stopover on our way to Calais. The owners were incredibly welcoming, even though we arrived late. The room was beautifully restored, simple yet clean, with excellent value for money. The property itself was huge, with spacious guesthouse rooms and chalets. It's a perfect place for events or weddings, with horses and play sets for kids in a natural, open setting. The surrounding areas are stunning.
Would recommend this hotel.
